In this paper, we have concentrated on the advantages of huge information in the medicinal services segment, just as a portion of the principle challenges regularly experienced. We have then focused on the Moroccan setting, demonstrated the issues it has and its specificities, so as to propose proposals to urge the leaders to take the way of Big Data. Lastly, we have edified the security issues in medicinal services and the present strategies used to guarantee the patient’s protection.
