Abstract: Now-a-days students are facing many problems regarding the information of a college student details. There is no proper communication channel to know the required details of the students in a college. This paper focuses on the process of communication automation on web using computer programming. By using computer program a conversational agent is created which responds to the user statements called chat bot. It can take the input from user in many formats like text and speech. Using AIML (Artificial Intelligence Markup Language) and LSA (Latent Semantic Analysis) the relevant answer to the user query is generated. If the relevant answer to the user query is not found the system will automatically ping to the admin.
