Abstract: This research is aimed at finding out and discovering dominants’ factors analyzis of lecturers’ performance. This research analyzed how emotional intelligence, organization climate and job satisfaction affect lecturers performances of State Polytechnic of Jakarta. This quantitative research was conducted using the Analysis Pathmethod. Path Analysis was used for the purpose of data analysis. The population of lecturers of the State Polytechnic of Jakarta is 325 peoplewith a sampling of 77 respondents. The result of the research revealed that emotional intelligence has a significant effect on the lecturers’ performance. Furthermore, job satisfaction also affected the lecturers’ performances in the same way. This paper is a part of the dissertation.
