Abstract: This article presents the results of the development of scientifically based mechanisms for the adaptation of Russian organizations to the conditions of the global market economy. The basis for this was the study of the management system, its organizational structures, mechanisms that ensure a balanced management system and meet modern market requirements. In this regard, one of the important factors, or rather, one of the fundamental conditions, is the formation of a qualitatively new mobile management system that adequately responds to external and internal changes, forming new forms of managerial decisions and well-reasoned plans for their implementation..
