Abstract: This paper reports on the findings of a research to investigate the relationship between Motivational practices and Organisational Citizenship Behaviour of employees working in select manufacturing industries in Coimbatore District. The findings of the study highlight the importance of motivational practices to enhance employee effectiveness.
