Abstract: The study is about buyer behaviour in selecting a shampoo brand. Through the pilot study it has been found that Clinic Plus, Head & Shoulder, Pantene, Sun silks, Clinic All Clear, Himalaya, Velvette, Meera and Shika are the brands largely used. Hence they were taken up for the study.
